An attorney having practiced various fields of law, Alexandra M. Gaina obtained her University of Montreal diploma in 2013 and was called to the Bar in January 2016.
Having originally immigrated from Romania in 1999, she embodies a model of integration by simultaneously having learned both of Canada’s official languages, including French in a mere 5 months. Her academic background starts with an International Baccalaureate in Commerce and Marketing, through which she leverages her particular talent for numbers. She followed this with her admittance to the University of Montreal in Law, all while working a full-time job. Me Gaina’s capacities to defy time and efficiency limits carried into her time as a Bar student, where she combined studies and a full-time job as a paralegal.
As the primary collaborator and right-hand woman to Me Teixeira, she completed her Bar internship at O’Hanlon Sanders Teixeira, where she practiced for the first years of her career. She was quickly entrusted with challenging files, some of which were in the Court of Appeal.
As one of Arruda Teixeira inc.’s main champions, Me Gaina greatly influenced and contributed to the firm’s creation and structuring. Ambitioned by success and excellence, she promotes the same ideals in her practice that she does through the image projected by Arruda Teixeira inc’s banner.
A confident litigator, Me Gaina also excels in drafting and witness preparation. As the mother of two young children, Me Gaina balances work and family thanks to her great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, which allow her to earn her clients’ trust, and ensure a reliable presence.
Me Gaina is proficient in English, French and Romanian, with solid knowledge in Spanish.
