Me Sbai has always been passionate about real estate. From an early age, he has oriented his academic and professional backgrounds to the development of skills and knowledge related to this specific field. To that extent, as part of his studies in Business Administration, he completed a Certificate in Real Estate: prerequisite diploma to become a Professional Appraiser. In addition, he has held many volunteer and paid positions while studying. Before starting his legal career, his last work experience was on behalf of Statistics Canada, as Team Leader for the Côte-des-Neiges district. Not only was he the youngest team leader in Canada, but he led a team of 18 enumerators.
In addition, he has repeatedly won the trust of his peers by being elected in many key volunteer positions, including as Treasurer of the General Association of Law Students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Sherbrooke (AGED ) in 2013. The following year, he was re-elected, only this time as President of the AGED. Due to his long associative experience and particular knowledge of the Morin Code, he continues to be invited to sit on various student associations assemblies, simple meetings or on diverse companies’ boards of directors. Today, Me Sbai is an active member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal, as Vice President of the Marketing Committee.
Although Me Sbai practices mainly in litigation, his greatest strength is the negotiation of settlements through creative and mutually appropriate solutions approach.
Me Sbai is fluent in English, French and Arabic, as well as having solid knowledge in Spanish.
